COLE-Parmer has released a waterproof tester capable of testing multiple parameters in water, wastewater, laboratory and plant applications.
The OAKTON 35-series are pocket-sized and are said to have long-life pH electrodes and stainless steel conductivity sensors which offer compatibility with a wider range of samples.
The sensor modules can be replaced, allowing the meter body to be reused.
The meter is used by dipping, measuring or scanning, and up to five parameters can be measured at a time.
The unit has multiple calibration options such as single or multipoint, automatic or manual. A temperature coefficient feature allows conductivity to be measured accurately at varying temperatures, while an auto-ranging feature assists users with applications across broad measurement ranges.
