EXIMO has introduced an entry level dust collector technology which has a longer filter life and is modular.
The Eximo Dust range is said to separate about 98% of the dust from the air before it reaches the filter. It also uses a new concept which prevents conditions where the filtration media blocks the air and does not work anymore.
The dust collector is said to be inexpensive and comes in modular flat packs to be assembled by the user. It is compact and can be mounted above machinery, allowing it to operate completely off the floor.
The dust collectors can be installed inside or outside, on a rooftop or elsewhere. They are said to be quiet and clean. Because of its modular nature, long ducting is not needed. Instead, factories or plants can install multiple units at various places.
