AUSTRALIAN Pumps Industries has released the Zeta 85 HPT diesel-powered high volume hydrostatic test unit for identifying leaks in pipes and plants.
The Zeta 85 HPT hydrostatic test unit offers a pressure rating of up to 280psi, and a maximum flow rate of 85L per minute.
Australian Pumps Industries says the Zeta 85 HPT hydrostatic test unit can be used in general industry where liquid commodities are transported as part of the plant process. By quickly identifying leaks, the Zeta 85 HPT hydrostatic test unit can help reduce wastage from bad joints, corroded pipes or leaking valve systems.
The Zeta 85 HPT hydrostatic test unit weighs 62kg, and comes on a heavy duty steel skid with anti-vibration mounts. The diesel power unit is a Yanmar air cooled electric start single cylinder 4.8 hp industrial engine.
The heart of the Zeta 85 HPT hydrostatic test unit is a Udor triple diaphragm pump which Australian Pumps Industries says is easy to maintain and repair.
An integrated control system that enables the operator infinitely variable pressure and flow control is provided as standard equipment. A gun/hose kit allows the machine to double as a plant wash down unit.
