EXAIR has released a new single air nozzle Super Blast Safety Air Gun which delivers the blowing force equivalent to 30 ordinary air guns.
According to Compressed Air Australia, its Super Blast Safety Air Gun delivers 10,432g of blowing force, and is suited for long distance, wide area blowoff, drying and cooling applications.
The Super Blast Safety Air Gun uses a large Super Air Nozzle which has been engineered to maximise entrained airflow and force, while reducing compressed air use and noise.
Compressed Air Australia says the Super Air Nozzle has a zinc-aluminium alloy construction suited to rugged industrial applications. The air gun incorporates a comfortable soft grip handle and spring-loaded manual valve that automatically shuts off if it is dropped.
At full pressure of 80 PSIG, the Super Blast Safety Air Gun has an air consumption of 460 SCFM. It can be used to clean floors, machinery, remove chips, and for liquid blowoff, parts cleaning and cooling hot parts.
The Super Blast Safety Air Gun is available in seven other sizes with single or multiple Super Air Nozzle configurations. These versions provide forces between 1451 and 6804g, with air consumption from 56 to 300SCFM.
