EXAIR says its digital Electronic Temperature Control (ETC) Cabinet Cooler System keeps electrical enclosures cool while minimizing compressed air use.

The ETC cabinet cooler maintains a constant temperature slightly under the maximum rating of the electronics, so the electronics are cooled just enough. According to EXAIR, over-cooling electronics wastes compressed air.

The ETC cabinet cooler incorporates solid state circuitry which is very sensitive to temperature changes.

The threshold temperature is set by a single “push to set” button, which the user should press when the LED readout displays the correct temperature in the enclosure.

When the setting is exceeded, the ETC cabinet cooler circulates -7°C air through the electrical enclosure.

ETC cabinet cooler models for 120V or 240V AC are available. According to EXAIR, the cabinet cooler installs in minutes through a standard electrical knockout.
