Allplastics Engineering can manufacture a vast range of plastic washers for a wide spectrum of applications. These washers are said to be lightweight, and can be made of Acetal, Nylon, Teflon, HDPE, Polypropylene, PVC, polyester and polyurethane.
According to Allplastics Engineering, washers made of these materials will suit a variety of conditions where corrosion resistance and insulation are required.
For quantities of more than 10000 washers, Allplastics Engineering will stamp them out from a sheet. For smaller quantities and for closer tolerance applications the washers are machined from solid rod.
