ALLPLASTICS says its polycarbonate safety guards are designed to maintain hygiene and worker safety in a range of industries.
Allplastics’ machine guards are manufactured from clear polycarbonate or PETG, and can be used on conveyor and manufacturing lines, among other machinery.
Guard types include dust covers, tunnels, boxes, chutes, panels, sight glass covers, press guards, doors, windows, cylinders, instruments and electronic plates.
The materials are said to offer high impact strength as well as optical clarity.
Allplastics fabricates, forms, bends, welds and bonds the machine guards at its facilities, so designs can range from simple to complex. Guards can also be manufactured from existing samples or drawings.
Allplastics also supplies polycarbonate panels for noise reduction and security applications. For situations where visibility of the guard is important as opposed to clarity, Allplastics can use yellow high density polyethylene.
