Windfall in HVAC contracts sees BSA expand into WA

BSA Limited’s Building Services division Triple M has won heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) contracts worth more than $70m.

Triple M will install and maintain mechanical and fire services for a new BHP Billiton headquarters in Western Australia, as well as a number of other commercial building projects.

This will be the first venture by the company into Western Australia.

The Triple M business was acquired by BSA in 2007. Since then it has more than doubled its project income. According to BSA, the acquisition has given it a presence in the HVAC and building services market.
