EXIMO says it is working closely with Blackwoods in Queensland, strengthening the relationship between the companies.
Eximo supplies ducting and other products to Blackwoods, which retails the products, or uses them for its onsite services and inspections.
Due to the collaborative work of the companies, Eximo is now a Tier One supplier to Blackwoods.
A significant range of Eximo’s products can be ordered by Blackwood customers through the retailer’s online store, while the ducting company visits the retail branches twice a year to provide training for new staff members.
The manufacturer also appointed a group of technical partners who can design and install dust and fume control systems on behalf of Blackwoods.
Both companies are seeing a slow-down in the mining sector as the financial crisis hits Australia, but are optimistic about the infrastructure area, which is set to boom.
