ELEARNING Australia has joined the University of the Sunshine Coast’s Innovation Centre to offer electrical and telecommunications apprentices online training.

Graham Rodgers, founder of eLearning Australia, had been working for a large electrical contracting business where he developed a strategic plan of delivering theoretical training to apprentices through online methods.

According to eLearning Australia the online training methods provide mutual benefits for the employer and the apprentice, such as flexibility and time arrangements. The company provides training for people completing electrical and telecommunications apprenticeships.

The company decided to join the Innovation Centre due to its office space packages, and its proximity to other companies.
