The acquisition of Corke’s Instrument Engineering business is expected to enhance Downer EDI’s instrumentation capabilities, strengthen its expertise and help it expand geographically.

Corke’s Instrument Engineering business is based in Victoria and includes 300 employees. It specialises in engineering design, project management, construction/installation and operational maintenance of instrumentation and electrical systems.

Corke has worked in the oil and gas, petrochemical, metal refining, pulp and paper, and public infrastructure sectors, including water and power.
