Concrete maintenance hire service goes to Queensland

KENNARDS Concrete Care has expanded into Queensland to provide the state with a wide range of equipment for surface preparation and repair, sawing, drilling and demolition.

The Springwood-based outlet is said to be stocked with concrete polishers, planers, core drills, grout pumps, jackhammer trolleys, and a ride-on profiler, which can remove 30-50mm of concrete per pass.

A heavy-duty 240V grinder at the branch is said to apply more than 150kg of grinding pressure. It can remove epoxies, glues and paints up to four times faster than other units.

According to the company, its equipment is labour-saving, and targeted to companies who have been hit by the skilled labour shortage in Queensland.
